The rooms are budget-friendly and tidy, with incredibly comfy beds. the staff is nice and accommodating, making your stay pleasant. the location is magnificent, conveniently close to Gigiri, the UN HQ, and a shopping mall just a 10-minute walk away.

The breakfast was particularly nice, with plenty of meals. Location: the hotel was not far from the UN and USA embassies, the government buildings, and Westlands...

Ideal hotel, it offers exceptional services and magnificent location so close to the village market, a beautiful big mall great for shopping or a nice meal. The staff is extremely helpful and competent and the food is good.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are not nice however the location is unbeatable to shopping centre. Whatever you need is this good sized room with bottled water, bed extra comfy and kitchen. The staff are attentive and dedicated, we liked them. All in all they offer excellent service.

the cottage guest house gigiri was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. i could easily walk to the nearby market - which was really convenient. i also felt very safe in the area - which was a big plus. the staff were super friendly, and mrs doreen's cooking was absolutely delicious.

The Cottage Guest House Gigiri is my top choice in Nairobi. The staff helped with my suitcases on my first stay. With its Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and outdoor pool, it has everything I need. I'll be back this weekend!
